Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google, to produce statistics about how this website is used. It only runs if you select Accept analytics.
What Google Analytics receives
- The pages you view, including which Insights articles you read.
- How you reached the website, for example from a search engine, from LinkedIn, from another website, or by typing our address.
- Your approximate location, limited to country and region.
- Basic information about your device, such as whether it is a computer or a phone, and the browser and operating system it uses.
- How you use our pages, for example how far you scroll, whether you follow a link to another website, whether you download a file, and whether you play a video.
- Whether you select the Client Portal Login button.
- When you submit one of our forms: which form it was, and the options you chose from its drop-down menus.
What Google Analytics does not receive
- We do not send your name, email address, telephone number, company, job title, or the text of any message you write in our forms.
- Google Analytics is set to remove email addresses from the data it receives, as a further safeguard.
- Detailed location and device data collection is switched off. Google Analytics records your country and region only, not your city, and does not record details such as your device model.
- Google signals is switched off, so Google Analytics does not use information from Google accounts to report on visitors.
How long the data is kept. Google Analytics is set to delete event-level and user-level data after two months.
No advertising. Advertising personalisation is switched off in all regions, and this Google Analytics property is not linked to any Google advertising account. We do not use Google Analytics data for advertising or remarketing.

Hotjar
We use Hotjar, a service provided by Contentsquare, to understand how visitors use our pages. It only runs if you select Accept analytics.
Hotjar shows us how pages are used, for example where visitors click, how far they scroll, and where they stop reading. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
